First Alert 4 profiles Fornidos’ planned 55,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at Gateway South. The story explores how its component-based building system aims to lower housing construction costs and why the company chose St. Louis, and Gateway South in particular, as a base for serving regional markets.
The Business Journal identifies Fornidos Home Systems as the panelized home manufacturer taking a 55,000-square-foot production facility at 1120 S. Second Street, with ARCO as design-builder, construction starting in early 2027, and a temporary St. Louis operation planned in the meantime.
